Bag and Baggage is proud to offer FREE Ground Shipping within the Continental United States on all orders exceeding $150.00. A shipping and handling charge will be calculated and added to any order under $150.00. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or out of the United States will be extra. We will notify you via Email of the shipping charges and request your approval prior to shipment. We also offer Federal Express or UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, or overnight for an extra charge.
*Free shipping does not apply to Tumi products. All Tumi products will be charged $7.50 per order, for regular UPS ground shipping, regardless of price or size.

If your luggage or briefcase needs repairs and you feel it should be under warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer in order to locate an authorized repair center in your area.
